DESCRIPTION

This centrally located office building wasn’t always quite so central. Bryan Bradbury, founder of Fort Properties, likes to tell the story of how he and his father, Tom Bradbury, stood on Fort Street looking at the site of the soon to be developed building in 1953, and Tom fretted about whether the building was located too far from the center of town.  

Over the years, the City of Victoria has spread and this building is now in the heart of Victoria’s thriving tech district. It’s home to a variety of office and retail uses, including the Fort Properties offices.
